Planed all round (PAR), this solid pine wood product provides the smooth surfaces and sharp edges needed for neat, clean woodworking. Our finger-jointed pine PAR is not only beautifully knotless and strong.

It’s also more sustainable and environmentally friendly. It comes in a very wide choice of widths and lengths as well as a choice of untreated or treated wood. We’ll gladly cut to size and deliver to Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) and surrounds.

Pine PAR is one of the most affordable solid wood choices and has a multitude of uses – from internal joinery, to shelving, to furniture construction. Pine PAR could be used outside, but must be primed or varnished regularly to extend its life span. Bear in mind that pine is soft wood, so if you want longevity, especially for outside build projects, we recommend you rather opt for our meranti PAR.
